It’s been a few months since I used my large format pinhole camera, but today I put that right. I’d had trouble when developing my film at home, with lots of small spots appearing on the negatives. Using deionised water seems to have largely solved that problem so I’ll be going large more often in the new year. For my two test shots I took a photo of our Christmas tree (an epic four hour exposure time!) and a lone tree amid the fog in Henham.
It was also a day for finishing up leftovers, a I wanted to polish off the film I’d been using on my trip to Sussex a few days ago. I decided to use the last few frames around Henham, capturing a different view of the same tree and a couple around the church in the fog.
