After finishing off the roll of Kodak Portra 400 in my Rollei during my recent visit to London I plumped for a different look entirely, changing to Kentmere 400 – a black and white film.
By this stage the sun had hidden behind the clouds and I was heading across towards the Barbican to shoot the brutalist architecture so monochrome seemed more appropriate. On my way I took in the Lloyds Building and Broadgate Plaza – both of which offered a myriad of architecture shapes to enjoy.
Finally I reached the Barbican where I focused most of my attention on shooting with my pinhole camera. However, I found a couple of shots which suited the Rollei before I headed for home again.
