Alongside my pinhole camera I took my little Rollei with me into London last week – a camera where I could at least be a little more spontaneous and speedy!

I started the day with a roll of Kodak Portra 400 loaded up – perfect for capturing some of the beautiful autumn colour. The day also began with some blue skies, so I took the opportunity to capture some of the sunlit City architecture as I wandered down to St. Dunstan’s in the East.
Around St. Dunstan’s the autumn foliage came out beautifully on the colour film, and much more vivid than I’d expected from Portra.
